Yoga yesterday was uninspiring and difficult. I couldn't keep my mind in the room. My head hurts today and I am taking a day off.

- Hi. My name is Kirsten (ker-sten). I took my first Bikram Yoga class in 2009 after years of being over medicated and miserable in my mind. I became a certified Bikram teacher in Spring of 2012. My body is my first love and this blog is a place to share how I make sense of it all.
