Week 1

Week 1 is officially over. My body and appetite are holding up but with a couple of rough spots and adjustments to my electrolyte intake. After winding up in the ER one day a year ago for improper hydration, I am very careful of what goes into my body. My body is very clean after the first week and it responds immediately to what goes into it, it is efficient and amazing. I am stocking up for the upcoming week and embracing my roommate's diet of added fruits.

Is food not included during the Training? Or are these additional goodies?

Food is NOT included during training. Shuttles are provided on Saturdays and Sundays to go to Whole Foods or Trader Joes, but all groceries are buy your own.

WOW! A lot of additional effort of cooking during training as well (not to mention the money)! Hope you're enjoying your time & taking it all in. Look forward to reading more!
