The Irresistible Nature of Truth

Bikram says that what happens in posture clinic is private, between him and us and I am surprised every day at the vast pool of wisdom in front of me. I am privileged to learn from him.

This morning Danny from Bikram Yoga Vancouver taught, it was a solid class with lots of energy. This evening the studio owner from Costa Mesa taught and she had a dialogue that I could totally relate with. She made me feel like she was on my side so that I wanted to work hard. Some of her choice words in dialogue were deep an original. One of my favorites was "Witness the posture" during Tadasana.

The yoga is so beautiful. I see bodies changing, sweating, and beginning to shine.
