Hi. My name is Kirsten (ker-sten). I took my first Bikram Yoga class in 2009 after years of being over medicated and miserable in my mind. I became a certified Bikram teacher in Spring of 2012. My body is my first love and this blog is a place to share how I make sense of it all.

I'm like that too! For me, I think it might be anxiety because I always seem to handle my emotional anxieties on the mat.
